Are products brand new and sealed?

Unless noted on the product page, we mainly handle sealed decks. If there are any notes about condition, they are listed in the product description.

Will I receive the exact item shown in the photos?

For items where condition or individual variation matters, we post photos and descriptions as close to the actual product as possible. For products with multiple units in stock, we ship one in equivalent condition.

Can I check an item's condition before buying?

Yes. For one-of-a-kind and limited-stock items, you can request detailed photos of the actual item from our Contact page before purchasing. Please include the product name (and your order number, if any).

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Because rare decks come in limited quantities, restocks are not guaranteed. We announce restocks and new arrivals through our newsletter and social media.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by product and order volume. For detailed delivery terms, please check the Shipping page or our policies.

Do you ship outside Japan?

Yes — we now ship internationally by EMS (Japan Post) to many countries. Available destinations and weight-based rates are shown at checkout and on our Shipping policy page. If your country can’t be selected at checkout, we currently can’t ship there. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
