Here's how shipping works at LosT Found. Please review before placing your order.
Domestic shipping (Japan)
Carrier & method
Orders are usually sent via Yamato Transport "Nekoposu" (tracked, delivered to your mailbox — no signature required). For large or high-quantity orders, we ship via Yamato Takkyubin (courier).
Shipping fees
- Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥450
- Hokkaido, Okinawa: ¥1,200
- Free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 (tax incl.) or more — excluding Okinawa & Hokkaido
International shipping
We ship worldwide from Japan Post, with tracking. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, Japan Post delivery is unavailable for it — see the FedEx note below.
If Japan Post can't ship to your country: FedEx
Even if your country can't be selected at checkout or Japan Post has suspended acceptance for it, we may still be able to ship via FedEx. FedEx rates differ from the Japan Post rates below, so we arrange these orders individually — please contact us before ordering.
Two shipping options
At checkout you can choose between EMS and Air Packet. Air Packet is cheaper but leaves the shop once a week; EMS is dispatched within 2–3 business days.

The exact rate for your address is calculated and shown at checkout. Weights include about 80 g of packaging.
We can ship up to about 30 kg per order. (A small number of countries have a lower weight limit — if your order is affected, we will contact you after purchase.)
Import duties & taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. (U.S. customers: following the 2025 change to U.S. de-minimis rules, import charges may apply to all shipments.)
International delivery estimate
Delivery usually takes about 1–3 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination, the shipping method, and customs. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier conditions.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Air Packet orders are held and dispatched once a week. For bank transfer or cryptocurrency payments, we dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Tracking
When your order ships, we send a dispatch-notice email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.
Delivery & receipt
Nekoposu is delivered to your mailbox, so you can receive it even when you're away. Delivery date/time cannot be specified for Nekoposu; Takkyubin deliveries may allow date/time selection in some cases.
