Shipping policy

Here's how shipping works at LosT Found. Please review before placing your order.

Domestic shipping (Japan)

Carrier & method
Orders are usually sent via Japan Post "Click Post" (tracked, delivered to your mailbox — no signature required). For large or high-quantity orders, we ship via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin).

Shipping fees

  • Honshu, Shikoku, Kyushu: ¥450
  • Hokkaido, Okinawa: ¥1,200
  • Free shipping on orders of ¥10,000 (tax incl.) or more — excluding Okinawa & Hokkaido

Same-day dispatch (optional)
At checkout you can choose "Same-day dispatch" (¥850, in place of standard shipping). Orders placed and paid by 15:00 JST are dispatched the same day (weekends and holidays included). Orders after 15:00 are dispatched the next day. Note: this dispatches your order the same day — it is not same-day delivery. Transit time is the same as standard shipping.

International shipping

We ship overseas by EMS (Express Mail Service) via Japan Post. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.

International rates (weight-based, EMS)

  • Up to 0.2 kg (approx. 1 deck): ¥1,800
  • 0.2–0.55 kg (approx. 2–4 decks): ¥2,900
  • 0.55–1.05 kg (approx. 5–8 decks): ¥5,500
  • 1.05–2.05 kg (approx. 9–16 decks): ¥8,500

Orders over approximately 2 kg cannot be shipped overseas in a single order — please split them into separate orders.

Import duties & taxes
Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fees. (U.S. customers: following the 2025 change to U.S. de-minimis rules, import charges may apply to all shipments.)

International delivery estimate
EMS usually takes about 3–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs. Delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier conditions.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfer or cryptocurrency payments, we dispatch within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send a dispatch-notice email with a tracking number so you can check the delivery status.

Delivery & receipt

Click Post is delivered to your mailbox, so you can receive it even when you're away. Delivery date/time cannot be specified for Click Post; Yamato deliveries may allow date/time selection in some cases.
