Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 days after order confirmation.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Except where a product is defective, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after it has been opened or used.
If an item arrives damaged or soiled, or if you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact the email address above within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund and cover the shipping costs.
